     Clarenda Williams is the founder of Precious Pearls of Faith Ministries.  A ministry whose mission is empowering, educating and encouraging women to enhance their lives and the lives of other women.  Precious Pearls Of Faith Ministries is a tax-exempt 501(c) (3) charitable organization that was founded on November 1, 2004 and has not stopped pressing toward the mark.   

     This dynamic ministry wears many hats. 

  • We fed the homeless behind the Union Rescue Mission with other ministries.
  • Clothes were collected for A New Way of Life, Cannon House and Prison Fellowship Ministries for men and women who were incarcerated to re-enter the work force and for women who are recovering from substance abuse. Touching Lives, a sober living home received bedding & bath items, silverware, dishes, and crystal goblets.
  • Backpacks were given to the neighborhood children in the Arlington/ King Blvd. area.
  • Supported Angel Tree during the holiday season, where gifts and/or gift cards are provided to children who have an incarcerated parent.
  • Socks were provided to the Lawndale Care Center for their elderly residents.
  • Watts Labor Community Action Committee received baby shoes for the infants that reside in their facility.
  • The young ladies of Dangerfield Group Home received Bath & Body Works gift bags. 
  • Foster parents were honored and blessed with (SPA) Spiritually Purposed & Anointed gift baskets. 
  • We recognize National Breast Cancer Awareness month by providing the ladies in the community with literature from the American Cancer Society and we host a Go Red For Women service.   
  • We donated funds to Joni & Friends International Disability Center so that a child could receive a wheelchair.
  • The young girls in a special education class at Corvallis Middle School in Norwalk received hygiene gift bags.
  • We were blessed to participate in Crown Jewels, a mentoring progam for young girls at St. Eugene Catholic School. Each girl was presented with a rose.
  • This 2011 Holiday Season, we provided gifts to a family sponsored by Miller Children's  Hospital Long Beach Jonathan Jacques Children's Cancer Center.

      Mrs. Williams was honored as "Woman Of The Year" by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Alpha Psi Zeta Chapter on March 22, 2008 for her philanthropy endeavors.

     She received her Evangelist/Missionary License on July 27, 2008 with Jurisdiction No. l of the Church of God In Christ. 

      Mrs. Williams is blessed to be an active member of both West Angeles Church of God In Christ and Upper Room Church of God.

     She is married to Minister James Williams and they are blessed to have a combined family of five adult children. 

     Her motto is “If you can use anything Lord, you can use me”.
